Terry received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Saint Louis University. She spent 25 years in management positions for hospitals and acute long term care facilities before transitioning to executive recruitment. Prior to joining Grant Cooper & Associates, Terry spent four years as a Consultant for a national healthcare search firm. She has vast experience recruiting at the “C-Level” ranging from the top executives of large academic integrated delivery systems to community hospitals and physician group practices. Terry has utilized her clinical background to successfully recruit highly specialized Section Chiefs for academic institutions, Medical Directors of Cancer Centers, Vice Presidents of Patient Care Services, and Directors and Vice Presidents of Service Lines. She has proven her ability to attract top talent for a wide variety of organizations including academic institutions, physician groups, hospitals, managed care organizations, consulting firms and pharmaceutical companies. Terry is active in her community; she has served on area school boards, is an ambassador for a non-profit organization and member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
