Terri received a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Saint Louis University. She spent 25 years in healthcare management positions before transitioning to executive recruitment. Since joining Grant Cooper & Associates, Terri has proven to be an essential part of the healthcare and academic medicine practice team, bringing more than a decade of executive search experience to her role. Utilizing her clinical background, Terri recruits national leaders on behalf of preeminent hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, medical schools, physician group practices, health science centers, public institutions, colleges, and universities.

Terri's knowledge of the leadership requirements of healthcare and her proven ability to identify up-and-coming leaders, make her an effective consultant who can identify and attract stellar executives. Always emphasizing the importance of timeliness and enthusiasm, she actively promotes the benefits of the client organization, resulting in retained candidate interest.
