Search Process
We believe the needs of our clients can best be served with personal attention from our experienced partners. Therefore, each search conducted by GCA will be led by at least one of our nationally recognized partners.
PHASE I
- Conduct interviews with key members of the executive team
- Develop comprehensive candidate specification to benchmark candidates
- Construct inclusive target list of candidates through meticulous research and personal contacts
- Interview potential candidates via phone
- Provide regular updates on strategy, candidates, and market conditions
PHASE II
- Screen slate of possible candidates, via personal interview or video conference, to develop list of leading candidates
- Present evaluation of candidates to Client Organization
- Field interview and conduct preliminary reference and education checks of promising candidates
- Assist Client Organization in selection and negotiation of selected candidate
