As a consultant with Grant Cooper & Associates, Nikki specializes in healthcare executive search for integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals.   Prior to joining GCA, Nikki recruited Associate and Partner level attorneys for a prominent 300-attorney law firm based in St. Louis with 7 offices in 3 states.  She began her recruiting career with Beavex Inc., one of the largest privately held transportation companies in the United States, where she was responsible for recruiting positions at all levels in 21 states nationwide.  Nikki earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Taylor University and holds numerous human resource certifications.
