Nancy recruits primarily “C-level” executives in Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, and Human Resources for diverse organizations including privately held businesses, Fortune 100 firms, and the public sector.  Much of her work in healthcare has focused on recruitment of leaders in managed care.  Nancy brings to Grant Cooper & Associates over 20 years of experience in construction planning and management, retail distribution, and higher education.  During a period of rapid growth at The Bass Pro Shops, Nancy built expertise in change management and performance improvement arising from her work developing new store construction schedules and managing the construction budget process.  Earlier, she was Director of a multi-campus university library in Atlanta, Georgia and Chair of a regional higher education consortium.  Nancy’s recent community involvement includes service with a citizen group selected to propose revisions to the St. Louis City Charter.  Nancy earned an M.B.A. from the Olin School at Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. and Master’s from Emory University.
