Nancy has more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and managed care sectors.  Her in-house talent acquisition background, coupled with 10 years in retained executive search, allows Nancy to bring added value in helping clients build highly targeted interview/screening processes to identify core leadership competencies. She has successfully completed senior level engagements across a broad range of functional areas, including: Board of Directors, President/CEO, Medical Directors, Operations, Marketing and Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, Legal and Finance. Nancy spent her early career with United Healthcare, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, and Corporate Health Systems, a corporate wellness company she founded and later sold.  

Ms. Donohoo serves on the Board of Directors of the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) as President-Elect.  She holds a B.S. in Organizational Communications and a M.Ed. from the University of Missouri St. Louis.  She is a member of the Organizational Development Network and Human Resources Management Association, and she is a certified instructor in behavioral interviewing.
