| Jim has over 25 years of experience in retained executive search. He is currently part of the ownership group at Grant Cooper & Associates. Jim's specialty focus is on senior leadership positions, in healthcare, non-profit, and privately held companies. Prior to joining GCA, Jim was one of the founding partners of another prominent national healthcare recruiting and consulting business where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. He was instrumental in growing the company to one of the largest search firms in the United States. Jim's recent healthcare clients include Yale New Haven Health System, Ohio Health, St. Luke's Hospital, and the Ochsner Health System. He also has done a number of community hospital non-profit CEO searches throughout the United States. Prior to his career in search, Jim was a human resource executive with Citigroup. Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an M.B.A. from Saint Louis University. Jim is an active member in a variety of Healthcare associations and serves on the board and in a number of leadership positions at Greentree Community Church. |  |
