Beth joined Grant Cooper & Associates in 2002 and recruits Director and VP-level executives in a variety of industries including information technology, manufacturing and distribution, non-profit, healthcare, and financial services. Beth has developed a reputation for success in recruiting a wide variety of executive titles in IT (CIO, CISO), Engineering (Project Manager, Chief Engineer), Marketing/Sales, Quality, Human Resources, et. al.  Prior to her career work in executive search, she was employed by a national military association, providing counseling services to military officers transitioning to the civilian workforce. Beth also has extensive project experience within publishing and non-profit organizations.  She earned a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and an M.F.A. from American University in Washington, DC.
